Individual therapy using principles from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). This involves exploring the relationship between your thoughts, emotions, behaviours and unique life story in order to develop strategies and a clear path towards the people and things in life you value most.
Trauma therapy using Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). This involves utilizing rapid eye movements to help your body tap into it's natural ability to heal from posttraumatic stress and other mental health challenges stemming from painful experiences.
Couples therapy using principles from the Gottman Method of relationship therapy. This involves first identifying a couple's strengths and challenge areas, and then developing practical skills to improve communication, better manage conflict, strengthen trust, and enhance overall intimacy in the relationship.
